Terms and Conditions for Purchase All Sales Final: All sales are final. No refunds or returns will be accepted under any circumstances. Condition of Goods: Items are sold "as is" and "with all faults." The buyer acknowledges that they have had the opportunity to inspect the items prior to purchase and that the seller makes no representations or warranties about the condition of the items. Pickup and Delivery: Buyers must arrange for the pickup or delivery of purchased items. All items must be picked up or delivered no earlier than May 22, 2024 and no later than Friday, May 24, 2024. Failure to arrange for pickup or delivery by this date may result in forfeiture of the items without a refund. Risk of Loss: The risk of loss or damage to the items passes to the buyer upon transfer of the items to the buyer or their delivery agent. Indemnification: The buyer agrees to indemnify and hold the seller harmless from any and all claims, damages, and expenses arising out of the purchase and use of the items. Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which the sale takes place. Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising out of or related to these terms and conditions will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Entire Agreement: These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between the buyer and the seller regarding the purchase of the items and supersede any prior agreements or understandings.
